because extensions are supposed to look natural, like they're your own hair. if you ask about them, it's like saying "i can tell your hair is fake" and people get pissy.

I don't have fake hair but if I did and someone came up to me and asked "Is your hair fake?" I'd probably resist from smacking them. Like why the heck is that your freaking business? Who asks that? You don't walk up to a heavy-set woman and ask "Are you pregnant?" or to some random person on the street "Do you shave?" Just don't.

Because they know it does not look like natural hair, or its a shabby job or its just to much hair, whatever reason the woman was self conscience from the start to add on some hair.

I don' see any reason why they should be ofended . In this day and times we live in, things are what they are. But yes some women are offended simply because its no ones business and some thing are better left unspoken, also some people are just too forward.(nosey)

If you ask a personal question and offend by doing so then that person is embarrased by the answer. It's just that simple.

ME PERSONALLY I HAVE A DECENT GRADE OF HAIR SO IF I DO GET EXTENSIONS TO ADD LENGTH I GET IT DONE SO YOU CAN ONLY TELL IF YOU SEE ME EVERYDAY AND KNOW THAT IT ISN'T MINE. WHOEVER GETS OFFENDED MUST KNOW THAT THEY HAVE A BAD WEAVE JOB. AND IF IT'S NOT WEAVE THEN WHY TRIP?
