Absolutely. We should be witnessing to them and telling them how to be saved, instead of judging them. We should pray for them. We need to practice what we preach, and live it.

By praying for them to believe in the things you do, you're still implying that they're wrong. Isn't that passive-aggresive bashing? =) Not trying to be rude, but give it a thought. If God is Love, maybe everyone's version of God is just the same, universal loving spirit? Thinking that way would be the BEST thing for the world, in my opinion. But your good intentions are admirable.

Religious, for Christianity, is to love one another as Christ loves you! Many claim the title, but far too few follow the law!
Read this forum and see if you can identify the Christian that is living his/her faith! The source of their faith, the Bible, they shred to pieces, everyday, by their total refusal to live by the faith they claim to profess.
Adultery, fortification, lewd acts between men and between women are their way of life, against the word of the faith the claim to believe. Every commandment they trample under their feet while they utter hatred's at others who claim not their Faith!
Where do you find morality, or virtue, integrity or honor among them? They lie to and curse their parents, they defile their youth and the female is passed of from one to another with a smile upon her face!
Why do you question them about their faith, their religion? Love does not exist in their mist! Only lust, deceit, lies and the thoughts of the Evil One. They are already dead, for the can neither hear nor are able to hear! What the Evil One has is lost.

You are right. The goodness of God leads men to repentance. We have no right to bash people, but to tell them the truth in love. By this shall all men know you are my disciples - that you have love for one another...not by judgement or criticism or perfect adherence to religious doctrine

Witnessing? correct. A person seeking God's truth does not ask or ridicule God in a asking manner.
Good point.
Eternal Life: Do You Want It?
Romans 6:23
No one wants to die an eternal death. God knows this and has provided a way for us to live eternally. However, we must choose to live. When we say yes to Jesus Christ we receive eternal life.
Warren Wiersbe writes: "Sin pays wages–death! God also pays wages–holiness and everlasting life. In the old life, we produced fruit that made us ashamed. In the new life in Christ, we produce fruit that glorifies God and brings joy to our lives. We usually apply Romans 6:23 to the lost, and certainly it does apply; but it also has a warning for the saved. (After all, [Romans] was written to Christians.) ‘There is a sin unto death’ (1 John 5:17). . . .
"Samson, for example, would not yield himself to God, but preferred to yield to the lusts of the flesh, and the result was death (Judges 16). If the believer refuses to surrender his body to the Lord, but uses its members for sinful purposes, then he is in danger of being disciplined by the Father, and this could mean death. (See Hebrews 12:5-11, and note the end of v. 9)
"These three instructions need to be heeded each day that we live. KNOW that you have been crucified with Christ and are dead to sin. RECKON this fact to be true in your own life. YIELD your body to the Lord to be used for His glory.
"Now that you KNOW these truths, RECKON them to be true in your life, and then YIELD yourself to God."

I totally agree. God is love so we should show them love. We are suppose to do unto others as we would have them do to us. The bible says to love one another. I guess some just get so Holy they forget that lol. We are suppose to pray for one another. I want everyone to know what God has done for me and I want them to experience it too. God is Great!!!!!!!

A very good point. Thank you, sister; I needed to hear that. I have been sending hardhearted replies to a God-basher who goes by the name "Brenda's World," and justifying it to myself. I have a plank in my eye, as it says in Matthew 7:3.
Blessings to you!

That's true!......the Lord's Word commissions believers to witness to those who wants to hear the Gospel!.....and in return, those who don't know shouldn't tear those who do know GOD down either!....

amen. i go to bed praying for some of these people every night. one 'lady' seems to ask seemingly innocent questions about homosexuality, i answer, and then she bashes me for days through my Contact Me button. she will not leave me alone. i don't get it....i wish she would call out the rapists and murderers and leave me alone. i say live and let live.
