Parkland Hospital in Dallas Texas delivers over 70% of its babies to illegals. not only does it deliver them as the law requires, but it also gives free prenatal care which is not required. One other oddity is that it treats the mother afterwards which is defienelty not required. Although this county funded hospitals pays for illegals, it will not pay for american citizens who dont live in the county. JPS health network who is the fort worth county hospital is now considering giving practically free care to illegals beyond what is require by law...but if you go into their ER for a heart attack, there wait time is over 2 hours just to get triaged by the nurse.

If the children are born on u.s. soil they are americans no matter who the parents are. Are you suggesting that we make these women stay on the streets in labor? Have people bleeding and dieing all over our streets just because you believe they shouldn't have hospital care. If your community is so upset have them take away the extra care not needed. But er, maternity, and prenatal care are extremely important. No life is better than another because of it citizenship. God gave this world to everyone. What do you think Jesus would do? Certainly not let harm come babies or expectant mothers because they couldn't get the care they needed.

I do not agree that this hospital is giving out free be's to illegal, but however you can't blame them for wanting to help an innocent baby. I can understand wanting to make sure that the baby is born correctly and is not in danger. I do think however, the babies should be taken by American officials to be adopted out and the illegals be deported and fined!

File a Lawsuit and have then Shut down. If it can give Illegals FREE health care they should be required to give ALL Free health care ANYTHING LESS is 100% Discrimination. FILE THE SUIT SUE THERE BUTTS RIGHT OFF.

actually, i just saw this report on the news yesturday. there are just as many-if not more- lazy "americans" who collect food stamps, medicaid, wic, government assistance and who even dont pay taxes or cheat on taxes. my neighbor for example is on wic, food stamps, medicaid, and tannif. she is always outside talking about how much she gets. she has one child but claims her fiancees 3 as well. she also states to welfare dept, that the man she lives with is her landlord. my neighborhood is upper middle class and very decent. he makes about 45 grand a year. every time she sees me she feels its an invitation to come over. the other neighbors and i joke alot because the only thing her house is missing are the "wheels" . okay, last week she rolls up in the driveway with a 2006 jaguar. now multiply her by hundreds of thousands of others who are doing the same thing. its not just an illegal problem, plenty of americans are doing the same thing. forget illegal reform, we need WELFARE REFORM PERIOD!!!LOL
