I was in a mall once and saw a woman with long black hair with a single light blond streak in the front. She reminded me of Herman Munsters wife. Don't do it!

it's over done, I think everyone has had that look (or something similar) it's time to move on to something new, not to mention the damage it's going to cause getting your black hair blonde

I could see it if you're going for an extremely punky look and you have a short, trendy haircut. Otherwise I think it'd look awful.
