Get a literary agent or a lawyer that specializes in literary deals. Simply submitting your product to a publisher won't do. Everyone does this and that's why they don't get anywhere. Most major publishers don't accept unsolicited manuscripts. Find a good literary agent and they can help you. You can also visit the Writer's Guild of America website (www.wga.com) for more information.
