I would add that it was Arjuna to whom Lord Sri Krsna spoke the Bhagavad-gita. So he is forever famous for this. And Yudisthira, the eldest brother, was made emperor of the world after the Kuruksetra war. In fact, it was to install Yudisthira as emperor that the Lord wanted the war to happen since Yudisthira is His pure devotee whereas Duryodhana, the emperor at the time, was not a devotee of the Lord.
Also, its interesting to note who were the actual fathers of the Pandavas. Pandu actually was not the birth father. Pandu had been cursed to die if he even thought of sex with his wife, Kunti, so he refrained from sex. However, during a moment of weakness he approached his wife Madri for sex and immediately died. Therefore, Kunti called various demigods by mantra to have children. Yudisthira was the son of Yamaraja, the demigod who is in charge of judging the sinful. Arjuna is the son of Indra the heavenly demigod in charge of the rain. Bhima is the son of Vayu, the demigod in charge of the wind. Nakula and Sahadeva were both sons of the Asvini Kumara demigods who are expert in the medical science.
Another interesting thing is that there was actually another brother before the five Pandavas. Kunti was still a virgin when she discovered she could call the demigods by mantra. So she by "accident" called Vivasvan, the demigod of the sun. She was afraid of the social implications of having a child out of wedlock, but Vivasvan assured her that she would retain her virginity since he could give her a child without the normal biological process. She then agreed and her first child Karna was born. Karna was a very skilled archer, almost on the level as Arjuna and he took a commanding role as general in the opposing army in the Kuruksetra war. Arjuna killed Karna in the battle and it was only after Karna's death that the Pandavas found out that Karna was their brother.
