Fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds are good, as are dried meats.
A small portion of cheese and crackers is OK.
Avoid breads, crackers, pretzels, candy, cookies, chips, fast food, soda, etc. THESE ARE UNHEALTHY.

hey hun....if your lookin' for chocolate or somethin' sweet then protein bars are great!....not only are you snackin' but your snackin' on something' that's good for ya...they are loaded in protein that's great for lean muscles and they usually have 23 vitamins and minerals for the rest of your bod....love daisy
