My 10 year daughter is huge! Yesterday she took a dump and it took over 2 hours, I can't stop her from eating. she is 4'2 and 204-210 pounds. We recently had her physical done, and she weighs more than me! I am scared for her belly button and left ear lobe, they might sag! Please help!

Whoa, why the hell would you say that you're going to kick your child's ***? Okay, I'm glad that you have a perfect body from what it sounds like, but don't make your daughter feel ugly because she is overweight. She needs your love as her parent. Get her eating healthy foods. Make her drink plenty of water. Exercise with her, and I don't mean like boot camp. Go on walks at the park together for 30 minutes a day. Have paitience with her, and above all, just show her love.

First of all get your daughter to a doctor and put her on a diet immediate, she's 10 not in charge of whats in the house to eat, talk to her friends parent's and let them know what she is allowed to eat, and monitor her eating! Do you want her to die at a young age. Second what are you talking about her belly button and left ear lobe? What does that have to do with anything?

You're the parent and her welfare and health are your responsibility. Stop buying the junk food and keep healthy veggies and fruits ready to eat. Put a lock on the fridge, find out what the underlying problem is. If a medical doctor can't help, try taking her to a psych.

first of all, she's a growing girl so dont forget about that

secondly, do not PRESSURE her to lose weight and DO NOT make a huge deal with it. believe me when i say this! It's just important that you change her way of eating. If you make a big deal she could potentially end up with an eating disorder and you don't want that!

Have her see a nutritionist to set up some sort of diet plan for her to go with her body chemistry.

and always make sure she's happy and secure with herself.

If you love your daughter, then forbid her from eating junk food. No soda. No chips. No butter. No ice-cream. Get the picture. If she's hungry, let her eat fruits for snack. Have a healthy meal during dinner. She must not eat 3hrs before bedtime.

...when I was younger, my dad used to say some pretty nasty things about my weight, and I took them so seriously that I developed an eating disorder. Just make sure that whatever you do is gentle and with care, or she'll never forgive you.
