When people are truly evil, lying horrible beings, do you think that they will eventually get theirs either through going to hell, Karma, or something else???
If so how do you know???
If you turn the other cheek are you a better person even if you really feel like hurting them??

If you think that they don't have any conseqences, what's stopping you from being evil & why don't they get punished for how much they have hurt people???

I believe in the law of karma, what goes around comes around. And i believe that god deals with those assholes in the most exquisite of ways. The hard thing is learning how to let go and let god take it all. All u got to do is learn how to . Changing ones way of thinking helps too. I also believe heaven and hell exist right here on earth. In my opinion, hell is everythng bad that happens to us all, heaven, is the good we make of it. Wierd i know...but this is how i see it.

They may get their's by hell or karma - or they may be saved if they truly want to be. Yes, I believe that turning the other cheek beats fighting. I guess I have always heard these things from church and from other people.

Yes, I believe in the concept of Karma.
When it comes to "people getting theirs"
Buddha believed that people, in their own way, punish themselves by their own unforgiving actions. Take anger, for instance:
"You will not be punished for your anger;
You will be punished by your anger.
Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal
with the intent of throwing it at someone else.
You are the one getting burned."
Although anger is not evil in itself, getting ourselves worked up too much does have a negative effect on our health. Our blood pressure rises, it could lead to heart attacks, ulcers, etc. Like those hot coals, the more we hold on to our anger the more we can get burned.
So, by turning the other cheek, we are better off because at least we won't suffer from a heart attack or hurt ourselves mentally, physically, or spiritually.

If there is a God and he is everything believers say he is than yes, bad people will pay. How they pay is the big question. Now if God is all forgiving like believers say he is than if a person repents his or her evil deeds than everything is cool. If not, who knows what happens to them. I figure everyone makes mistakes through out their lives, some big and some little. If you're not a terrorist or some jerk who be heads people like muslims than chances are you're going to that place where believers are support to go...............Disney World!!! Maybe better than that.

I believe in Karma, I do believe that every deed, good or bad comes back to you, could be this life, or another, but it all works out eventually.

No, they dont get theirs.
I know they dont get it in this life because Bush got elected to a 2nd term.
I know they dont get it in an afterlife because consciousness is a function of the brain. We know the brain rots and disintegrates after death, so we know that people dont experience heaven, hell, or anything else after they die.

It is not up to us to judge the world.
We are better people if we can get on with our own lives and not stew over their problems. If you forgive them you are creating a better world which will in tun stop them having to lash out.

Sure all the people in the past that warped the bible to their own means, so that people of today spout their lies over and over again. The people that repeat lies are Innocent, but the ones who started the lies will suffer as they have made all suffer with their lies.

oh probably not. it looks to me that the biggest most vicious criminal cable in history is sitting in power right now and just having a grand ol' time mass murdering thousands in order to increase their personal wealth. they're safely entrenched, untouchable, unlikely ever to be brought to justice. maybe in the afterlife you say? **shrug** nasty afterlife punishment of the ruthlessly powerful are the wishful thinkings of powerless people desiring justice.
