God speaks to each of us 24/7. Most of us are to bogged down with perception to ever hear Her. The voice is not really a voice at all. It is sort of like the voice that you use when you are thinking quietly to your self.
This is why they call it the small still voice.
There is a book called the course in miracles that teaches you how to hear this voice. Many people have had a lot of success with it.

God speaks to you any way he can get your attention. Maybe He's speaking to you right now through someone here. It's not a voice it's a feeling and an understanding that you have once you know God is there. Try being still in your mind, you might be surprised.

Daily I speak and listen to God but as I have said before the "voice" is not a voice like you or I but a "knowing" a voice in ones heart.

thats what i would of said before. once i was thinking of someone who wronged me in the past and was getting worked up about it...and a voice came from no where said everyone gets what they deserve. and i seen picture in my mind. later i found out that that person was in prison. the voice was like a boom and was more of a ESP type thing rather then spoken.

I just phoned him to send me some heaven photos. He usually sounds like George Clooney, but today he was more like Oprah Winfrey. I guess he has a cold.

No he has not. No reason for him to speak to anyone. why would He? Afterall, many have already imagined that they have or wished they had spoken to God.
