single/light cream
milk
vanilla extract

milk,can of eagle brand milk,3 eggs beat up,1 cup of sugar,1 tsp. vanilla abstract,your favorite ingredients such as bananna,strawberries,chocolate syrup,pecans,peaches,or whatever you choose.I also like to add a cup of whipping cream to make it smooth and creamy.

Mix the above and add the milk last to bring it to the fill line on your ice cream maker.

surround the bucket on your maker with ice and add rock salt.keeping it filled with ice and salt while it is making.

If you have the electric ice cream maker,it should shut off automatically when it is done.If not then watch the outside of the maker and when it gets frosted and freezes up,shut off the maker and cover the top with a towel to insulate the cold from escaping.

Let it set for 15 minutes and uncover and remove your ice cream from the tub.

Fill you a bowl full and freeze the rest.

Now sit back and enjoy.

you need cream sugar a lil bit of milk sometimes you put condenced milk in to make it more creamer and you can also add whatever you like such as"
mixed berries
chocolate
cookies
bits of cake
fudge
you just add any of them into your mixture b4 freezing it.
