My dog had puppies 3 weeks ago. All the other puppies eyes opened except one's. There is yellow crust on the eye lines. I can tell the eyes can open because I cleaned off the crust, but more crust keeps coming from the eyes. I don't know if it's normal or not. PLease help me.

It's an infection. You need to seperate that puppy from the rest and go to the vet for medicine. You'll probably end up treating all the puppies, this infection spreads quickly.
Go as soon as you can. You are risking the puppy's sight. As well as the health of all the other puppies.
Good luck

EDIT: Don't ask a pet store person, pay for veterinary advise. Vets are trained professionals, not glorified stock boys. Especially at Petco or Petsmart, those people are idiots.

Dog breeder & trainer for 12 years breed and raise labs ..Sounds like the pup has and allergy yes pups do get allergries and colds in their eyes I suggest takin a warm wet cloth and wiping it's eyes when there is the yellow crusty stuff on it I had pups like this and it normally goes away..but keep the eye clean by wiping it with a warm wet cloth ..Good Luck P.S. DO NOT USE SALT WATER !!!!!!!! you'll just burn the pups eyes and the moron that said use salt water your a idiot the pups can go blind from salt water...

It sounds like your new pup has an eye infection. You should take it to the vet so you can get an antibiotic ointment for his eyes and to make sure it is nothing more serious. Just keep his eyes clean with a warm cloth for now. Good Luck!!

She would have scratched her eye on some thing. It appears like she has an infection. call the vet and describe the project. they'd have a answer over the telephone. do no longer placed something interior the dogs's eye earlier you talk with the vet.

Take it to a vet immediately! A puppy that small with an infection could die or lose its eyesight if the infection gets out of hand. Its worth the vet bill to save that dogs life.

It's very normal. My cat had that happen when she was a kitten. What we did was got a cotton ball wet(warm water), hold it on for 10 min. everyday. It should go away in about 2 weeks. If it doesn't go to a vet.

Sounds like your puppy has an eye infection .........conjuntivitis...he needs eye drops so take him to the vet....until then try bathing his eyes with a cotton ball and warm salted water.
