June 1 to Dec 1 because this is Hurricane season. You'll probably find the best rates in the prime of hurricaine season --August through October.

the summer time. July....most people go for spring brake or over Christmas.....a lot of people want to get away from the cold and got to a tropical place. i went to st Tomas in July and it was priced very well. with one layover...that was in Pr. so yea definitely the summer time.

During hurricane season, but I wouldn't adivse it. They're cheap for a reason as your trip can be abruptly cancelled.
