How do people in full body casts go to the bathroom?

It's strange... but I was just wondering.

They use a catheter along with a bag.
A catheter is something they stick up in you.

I'll put it this way. It don't feel good when they stick it to ya.
Anal and urethra.

They have openings and they go in catheters. :0S UGH!
