BBC, Al-Jazeera (I speak some Arabic), that's it for TV.

On the net, BBC, the Economist, Al-Sharq Al-Awsat, AlterNet, the Onion.

On the radio, the best commentary on the Middle East is Amy Goodman on the Democracy Now! show on Pacifica Radio. I also listen to (guess what?) BBC and NPR.

I actually feel sorry for people who get their news from Fox, and I believe America's national interest would be advanced if we'd hit a couple Fox news stations with a Hellfire missile launched from a Predator. But it would explain how they can stand all the smirking our President does.

Only watch Fox News because most of the other news channels are owned by foreign interest groups. Fox has the "No Spin Zone" the "g-block" the "around the world in 80 seconds, The "skinnerville" The Shep and Niel (abused daily) Cav. How could you not love Fox News.

I have been watching varying news channels so I am able to get a wide variety of opinions on the situation. Also I read a lot of newspapers from around the world..both pro Israel and pro Arab, so I feel I am pretty aware of all that is going on in the Middle East.

Although I am heartbroken for all the lives that have been lost on BOTH sides, we have to remember, Hezbollah started it, and Israel will finish it, perhaps not wiping Hezbollah out completely, but enough that the people of Lebanon will have a chance to rebuild their Country and ruling it without the terrorists interfering and destroying their lives.

Well, lets hope I'm right.

I usually watch BBC world news. There are also some very good independently run online news sources that I look at daily. I only put Fox on to see what their new scam is for the day. Oh, and the comment about the 1982 Marine Barracks bombing being due to Hezbollah's actions????

I do. I'm watching the news about it on CNN- right now; saw the evening news on it on NBC an hour ago, & saw an update on the war on PBS- just before that. Fox is NOT everyones choice for good news programing in this country (& it's certainly NOT mine).

I have caught Fox in so many lies that I refuse to watch that station. It is not news but tabloid type information! I try to be more open minded and watch a combination of pbs, al-jazeera and ABC. Sad to see how much killing of innocent civilians is going on!

I watch CTV from Toronto, and BBC world news as well as the US networks.

I prefer the programs that tell me what is happening, and do not make up my mind for me on how to feel about it.

Hezbollah was responsible for the 1983 bombing of the Marine barracks in Beirut that killed 241 of our soldiers. They kidnapped 18 U.S. citizens, killing two of them. They have a blood debt to us, and we're not going to forget it! Hezbollah's time has come!!!
