Take a couple of dollars, put them into an envelope, and mail it to a random person.
Just doing something nice and unexpected for someone will cheer you up to no end and give you a really nice sense of fulfillment!!!!

Sadness is only pain leaving your body..dont dwell on it,and go to a gym and hit a punching bag for a while.its great exercise and an awesome release of your inner anger.

gather up your closest friends for a girls night and tell them how you are feeling. Of get a pint of ben abd Jerrys and watch your favorite movie as a kid. That always helps me
