English bulldogs are better. They are great with kids and you don't have to worry about accidentally stepping on them. Plus, they are super cute!!!

it depends on what you are looking for in a dog Chihuahua tend to be a bit more timid and can be nippy with small children but as a companion prissy pets they get the # 1 spot but if you are looking for an even tempered friendly and lovable lug that may slobber every where but be rough and tumble and good with kids a bulldog is the best i do not think one dog is above the other i think it is relative to the person and the situation if i was going to pick one to buy i would get the bull dog

Get the Chihuahua. Less health problems.
Bulldogs have problems with their spines, knees, tear ducts, eyeballs, breathing through those noses, and their pallets (roof of the mouth). All those cute wrinkles on their faces harbor germs that cause infections, that need medicine. All through life.
If you really want one, get a health guarantee. You will need one.
Consider rescue. They do a complete physical exam and by law have to tell you what they find.
Consider rescue anyway. You are saving a life and get lots of extras.

IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR ARE PLANING TO HAVE THEM AN ENGLISH BULLDOG. CHIUAHA'S ARE NERVOUS DOGS AND LIKE TO BE TREATED LIKE BABIES, AND YOUNG CHILDREN TEND TO TREAT THEM LIKE THEY ARE THEIR TOY BABIES AND THEY DONT LIKE THAT SO MUCH LOL.
