I was dieting and exercising for about 2 1/2 weeks, and I was doing great. I was losing weight, and people even complimented me. But now I've stopped exercising and I've started binging again on candy, which is what got me so fat in the first place.

What can/should I do to get back to where I was just a little while ago???

Try getting a workout buddy, or a routine that really excites you. You have to find an activity you enjoy or you will get burned out. Know that results won't be like instant gratification, so pace yourself. Also, try making a schedule you can live with. I know the candy is great, in moderation, you can still enjoy your favorite things. Ultimately, do it for yourself, because you deserve to be healthy. Good luck sweetcakes!

Losing weight.. you need to do it for yourself! nobody else. I would write down the exercises you are doing to keep track of it. Give yourself a pat on the back everyonce and a while. : p
Perhaps if you had a work-out partner, it would make things a bit easier. Good luck!

Ask yourself why it was so important to start in the first place. Then re-write your goals. 2 weeks is not long, and you can expect to hit some bumps along the way...refocus and think of how good you felt when you heard those compliments...Go for it!

You need a social netowrk to support you. Be it a personal trainer, a Weight Watchers meeting, a friend you go to the gym with, it is hard to do this stuff alone and without guidance.

If you feel that you are doing the same old stuff, try and toss in a few perks, such as different activites, and ask those complitment givers to play a sport with you.

Start where you're at now, as if it was the beginning all over. Don't judge yourslef. If it lasted a few weeks, you took care of your health. Now do it again.
