An only dog will be jealous and first, but will learn to accept a new dog with a little time. Like when you bring a new baby home and the older kid gets jealous. The other dog will learn to like having a furry companion. At first just make sure to give the first dog lots of extra love and attention so he will not feel left out.

Give it time. Most dogs will get along after they determine who the dominate one is.
Also I know it's REALLY hard but try not to show the new dog a lot of attention without acknowledging the older one. That way it won't feel like you've abandoned him. I've had this problem too but eventually they all got along.

Give him some more days to get used to them. Being with others comes with sharing everything. but at the same time make sure you give him as much love and attention just as he was the only dog. And he will be just fine.

Our vet said it would take about two weeks for our dog to adjust to a second dog. One day she quit ignoring it, growled and snapped, and that was that.
Like kids, adding to the family is no fun for the first member.
Make sure you give special one to one time to both dogs.

u can let the dog have a place by itself or u can try to get them to like each other:
-by feeding them together
-having them play together
-or let them work it out that takes time but it usually works

I always punish the dog for being mean to the other dog and praise it for when/if it gets along with that dog. It works for me. :)

Give it a little more attention. Eventually, a hierarchy will evolve and theyll get along.

Either you could keep them away from each other, or play with all of them at the same time, so they'll make friends.
