Ok I"ll try my best but I should tell you that mine was surgically removed so they had to cut the gum and jaw.
A) Depending on how its removed either a whole crap load or not much.
B) none that I know of I wasn't put to sleep.
C) NO. But it does affect your teeth. They will shift depending on what tooth you get out.
D) Depends on you. I was in pain for about 3 days after the freezing came out.
E) I don't think I lost any weight.

There arent many risks, just when yo wae up you will be drowsy and cannot drive

It does affect your jaw, it will get swollen and your face will get big..You are going to have hole in the back of your mouth.

I think you should take at least two days after the surgery
