What would you do if your 12 yo girl drank a soda and allmost choked on a nozzel left in the bottle? She was not harmed but allmost swalloed it whole. Its from the second largest botteling company in the world. I am not sure that I have much of a law suit but I have the eveidence still with the nozzel in it and some of the soda still.

I'm not sure if I understand--but if there was something in the bottle besides soda I would contact a personal injury attorney--they will let you know if you have a case or not. They work on commission so there is no money out of pocket and they won't waste their time if it's not worth it for them.

Actually, I think you do have a heck of a law suit! You should contact a lawyer and I'll bet they'll tell you the same.
