You have been through a lot of trauma for such a young girl, and you are demonstrating a lot of behaviors that often results from what you've been through. Looking a t all your question makes me realize that you need serious professional help.

It's hard to admit how intensely you've been effected by the abuse you've suffered, but you are reaching out here, so I know that you REALLY WANT help.

As I told you before, your mother is responsible for you, so you have to go through her at one point or another -- just like your guidance counselor did. If you have issues with your mother and feel as though she is part of the problem and not the solution, then you have to tell that to your guidance counselor.

It is not hopeless for you, but it won't be easy overcoming all the feelings you have and the ways you've been dealing with them. But it will only get worse if you don't choose to stop the cycle now, and you will need help accomplishing that. I am looking for suggestions, but it would help to know what area you live in.

Also, please check your email to see if there's something from Yahoo! Answers that you need to do in order to receive mail from other people here (like me!). Hang in there, kid -- you'll be OK.

please ignore the answer from eng. Bulimia is a serious psychological condition. Only a professional should tell you how to plan your diet. Your diet though is not the point here. The point is that you need therapy. A therapist will be able to help you get to the root of the problem, and over come your eating disorder. It will be a lot of hard work and you may struggle with it for the rest of your life but with the help of a therapist you can become healthy again. You have already taken the first step in recognizing and admitting that you have a problem. If your family isn't home often enough for you to talk to them about this then you should go to your guidance counselor, or talk to some other authority figure that you feel comfortable with and trust. If they have already started noticing the vomiting trend at school then coming out into the open and admitting that you have a problem will not come as too big a shock. You have nothing to fear by letting the adults in your life know that you have a problem. They love you and want whats best for you, even if they don't always show it in the way that you would like them too. If you need to talk some more please contact me at bkwrm1982@yahoo.com

eat little by little
starting from maybe a granolla bar( something like a Kudos bar or something like a Rice Krispies Treat)
and building up closer and closer to a full meal
also drink lots and lots of V8 fruit juice
its healthy, gives u all the nutrience
and the best part is that if you drink that
YOU HAVE NO POSSIBLE WAY OF GAINING WEIGHT!!!!
woot!

just to let you know
YOU ARN"T FAT!
FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!
NOONE IS FAT UNTIL YOU CAN'T SEE YOUR FEET
make a notice that breast don't count as area with fat.

Once you get your diet to probably 2 full glasses of V8 and maybe 2 Kudos bars per sitting
start excercising
running
swimming
sit-ups

like that
hopefully
getting to 2 glasses of V8 and 2 Kudos bars should take a month or less.
don't try eating a lot
your body is not use to it and will store the energy as fat
get a little meat on you though
you will need it.

my diet plan for you would probably be

Week 1:
1 or 2 glasses of fruit juice or V8

Week 2:
1 glass of fruit juice or V8 with 1 or 1/2 a bar of Kudos or granolla bar

Week 3:
2 glasses of V8 and 1 granolla bar or Kudos bar

Week 4
2 glasses of V8 and 1 granolla bar (same as Week 3)

Week 5
2 glasses of V8 and 1 and 1/2 granolla bar

from there, start eating something else
like, a small frozen dinner

or some pasta
or eggs
okay, maybe not eggs

try a lot of fruit
like apples, grapes, raisins, oranges
what ever you like
fruit is healthy

probably around week 4 or 5
if you gotten use to the diet plan
add some fruit in

PLEASE
for your own good
do this

uuuuummmmmmmmmm.... thats a hard question. What made U start in the first place? I mean come on, your 11 at the time so you just 'suddenly' started to make yourself puke? Seems fishy. Usually a person does that because of something tragic or uncontrollable in their lives. Did some horrible thing happen to you? Also, habits are VERY hard to break ( I chew my fingernails...eww I know but I'm trying to make a point). Maybe you just need to go to a Balemics Anonymous place or something and thats no joke. It could end up affecting your entire future life honey. Do something now, please!! I hope I have helped. Let me just say one more thing, have you ever heard the saying "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink it."? Basically that means you have a way out. A way to help yourself because you see the sign of a serious problem. Take my advice, be a good 'horse' (not trying to be funny) and when someone (like me) leads you to water (a special balemics program) make sure you drink that water (that you get help). I will pray for you sweety... please do the right think SOON! There are many help hotlines available just wating for you. Call 411 if necessary. *hugs*

LISTEN CARFULLY TO A PAST BULIMIC PERSON i wasted almost two years of my LIFE on that disease, and yes, it is a DISEASE. but it is a good thing that at least you can admit your belimic, thats the first step. now let me give you a few facts of motivation:Fact #1 when you barf, it causes you to lose lots of potasium, which can not only stunt your growth, but also cause other diseases. so if your short (like me) then you want to stop so you can grow taller! my mom was bulimic at your age and guess what? because she didnt deal with it, at age 46 SHE STILL IS! i caught her three times. thats when i started stopping. Fact # 2:it DOSENT make you skinner. that is because by the time you barf up youre food, your body has already absorbed the fat and sugars and carbs etc..... so you are basically puking up for no reason because the calories stay in you.

nooooow... how to stop: the first thing you need to do is try to control over eating, YOU DONT NEED TO TELL YOUR PARENTS. these things take time, and if you dont want your family to know, then try and stop on your own. but you have to want to stop and have the motivation. if you control your eating and eat untill you are full, not stuffed, then you wont want to puke. another thing: see what triggers your eating disorder. for me, i was going through a big trama in my life, first i was anoexic, then bulimic, then i got in to much worse things (*cough* drugs sex alcohol cutting *cough*) find out what is making you depresed and what makes you want to puke. trust me, i know the feeling you get after you puke. its like your emptying you feelings. anyway. next thing, if you cant stop on your own, then that is when you should tell your parents. it can get dangerous and you can become hospitalized..... you dont want that. so control what you eat, find another way of dealing with your emotions, because its not worth it. IM FREE! trust me its wonderful!

oh, and get a hobby or exercise, that helps a lot to!

by they way, im 15 so this wasnt to long ago!

ps dont go to therapy its a bunch of bull **** start a diary. therapists suck and they have NEVER helped me (and trust me on this... ive been to a lot)

Instead of throwing up after every meal, read a dictionary and learn how to spell words correctly. It is your country that makes you think that you are fat, and you should not care about what other peoples ideals for what your body should be. Otherwise, I would say that you are, as bookworm said, suffering from a psychological condition; it is called stupidity.

Tell your parents. Go to a professional therapist. These are problems that you need help with. You should not have to suffer like this. Don't be afraid to tell someone who can help. It's what they are there for and they only want to see you healthy.

slowly start eating.

eat one cracker. or a small meal with a hot pepper. that is how I stopped being bulimic. I would eat hot spicy food so that it would hurt or burn if I purged. Dont over eat though. your body is fragile now through all the stress its under. Please see a doctor.
