switch to VODKA!!

It's easier to put on weight than take it off. You'll have to exercise more and stop drinking. Or switch to Light beer and dt. soda in drinks. And no eating after bar!

Yes. Alcohol is nothing but empty calories- "liquid dinners"- and causes weight gain in large quantities, especially around the abdominal region. You can lose alot by just cutting out alcohol and exercising a little.

If you stop drinking, you'll stop gaining weight. If you stop drinking and exercise and eat properly, you'll lose the weight.

Booze munchies after the drinking make you fat not usually the booze. Light beers and hard alchohol are lower in carb. Most alcohol has no fat. Mixed sweet creamy drinks will pork you out.
