Well, Bible and Koran have some "similar" stories. Both tell us that the ancestors used to talk with God, but then rebelled against God. Therefore, they had to live hard life after.

Anyway, Adam and Eve are neither Christian (because Christ hadn't been born at the time) nor Muslim (because Mohammed hadn't been born either). But they did have true relationship with The Living God.

Christians exist after Christ and Muslim exist after Mohammed. Those labels are time-bound.

Since neither Christ nor The Prophet existed in those days, they were neither, of course.

If anyone wants to know a lot about Muslims, there is a modern printing of a book by Washington Irving, a man who a zillion years ago, wrote the LEGEND OF SLEEPY HOLLOW. He also traveled to Europe, and studied that religion, and wrote a book about it. I can't remember the name, my copy is in Mexico.

When The Prophet started out, he actually started with the Christian Bible, and the Hebrew Old Testament. He decided they were too corrupt and immoral. Then after he got his rear end kicked around by Christians, he urged his followers to fight anyone who was a non-believer.

Neither. Adam and Eve did not need religion because they actually spoke with God. They did not need som kind of structured belief system because they knew that there was a God, and what he was capable of.
