My friend is homebound and needs to have her groceries delivered but cannot afford the rates safeway is charging. Does anyone know what frozen food companies deliver in Maryland?

Try Schwans. I've heard good things about them.

Safeway charges $10 per delivery. How about meals on wheels if she is homebound. Otherwise, why not seek help from neighbors or a teenager looking to make a few bucks.

There's schwanns. You gotta check it out yourself but I think I heard that Sysco is branching out into that field too. Also If you can find a way to deliver, most grocery chains do online ordering now too.
