Please take your nephew to the doctor and have him examined. People online cannot know what the problem is.

I am going to say you mean that a 7 month old baby has gastritis. If he is refusing to eat, they have a right to be worried. Has anyone called a Pediatrician (baby doctor) and taken your nephew in for a check up? They will work with you on feeding your nephew and what is going to be good for his condition. A 7 month old baby still eats several times per day. It is time to bring him in for a check up with his doctor. If he is not eating and also not having bowel movements, this could be a medical emergency and he needs to go to the hospital (emergency center). Please have him looked at soon!

Give him some fennel water in some fruit juice or cordial drink or puts some brown sugar in this water. Also add bit of ginger when you boiling the water.
Made from fennel seed - boil for about 10 min in mineral water -
Also there is another herb seeds known as Ajwan brought mainly from Asian shops - just ask them.
This remedy will work for adults, children with stomach or intestine

I don't know what gastricism is but if a 7-month old baby refuses to eat, you must contact a doctor.

Go to the Dr!!! If a baby isnt eating at all something could be very wrong.
