What is the physical for entering into The Air Foce like?? What qualifications do you need to enlist?!

All US military services have physical fitness standards.
You might find the About.com article cited as one of the sources to this message helpful for the ones that are particular to the US Air Force.
It lists some physical fitness tests and has lots of links to more resources. You should check to see that the requirements listed on this page are the latest ones.
I imagine you could get official confirmation from a USAF recruiter. They might have a brochure or pamphleteer that tells you what you need to be able to do.
Finding out in advance will probably help you get ready.

You have weight requirements depending on your height. I would work out before you go in. When I was in it really wasn't that bad, except for the obstacle course. Killer bruising , but I never lost a nail. It may be different now. Grow a thick skin, they will screw with your head, that's what they do, they don't mean it. And what ever you do don't tell the sister flight that their TI is really pretty nice. Gets ya all yelled at. LOL
