I stare from across the room and I smile then look down and I keep making eye contact with him until I reach the strawberries then I sexily suduce him just by nibbling and sucking on the strawberry until he can look at me no more and comes running to me and asks me to go out with him.

Eye contact first and foremost. Then if you have been introduced then make a conversation with him about anything (something that interest him if you can). Laugh at something in the conversation and maybe touch his arm or his hand. If you haven't been introduced them see if someone you know can introduce you to him. Otherwise if you are gusty enough, go up to him and introduce yourself. Or just wait a few minutes to see if he gives you some eye contact back. He just might approach you.
