If your dog has rashes he needs to see a vet immediately. Never put your dogs health at risk by guessing. It could be a rash from an allergy in which case your dog is probably miserable or something more serious. Quick visit to the vet will answer your question and get the correct medicine for your dog. And you won't be wasting your money by guessing and buying a med you dog doesn't need.

If it is itcy or bothersome - apply benedryl anti-itch cream to the areas and contact your vet for further instructions

skip creams and feed lamb and rice formula dog good and the rashes will disappear.

I know the vet is extremely expensive. But, you really don't want to mess around with your dog's health. Please take him to the vet so they can diagnose him and prescribe the appropriate treatment.
