It's pretty straight, with some bondo and primer right now, but it needs exhaust work. Do you think they'll let me drive it around up there?

Yes, but the problem isn't so much emissions... pollution isn't so much a problem in heaven. You do need to fix the exhaust anyway. The noise will mess with everyone else's peace and tranquility.
