I'm a rare to medium rare man myself, bit of red is good, what about you?

I'm with you you need to have some red or pink color is all good it
made me sick when I worke in a kitchen when someone order a new york strip well-done sometimes I just wanted to go out and give them a leather shoe to chew on lol.

Medium rare. Cooking a steak until it is completely done is a terrible waste of a steak.

It depends on the medium that it is cooked on. I definitly don't like super rare, but a little bit of pink is delicious. I usually order medium or medium rare.
If I'm drunk and cooking on a grill, I usually over cook my steak a little bit just because I'm paranoid.

I like prime rib......Buy a 3lb ribeye roll, put in shallow pan with aluminum foil loosely covered. bake at a 275 degree oven for about 2.5 hours(stick a meat therm in to 150 degrees inside), slice off a huge 'steak' and serve with packaged mix of AuJus for dipping...
that stuff iz gonna kill me well before the nukes will.
