The first time you do anything that thing is scary.
But, guess what! It was scary for the people you think are so perfect, too. Just remember you can't be everything to everybody.
In the old days, when men were allowed to have many wives, a middle-aged Man had one wife that was old and one that was young; each loved him very much, and desired to see him like herself. Now the Man's hair was turning grey, which the young Wife did not like, as it made him look too old for her husband. So
she used to comb his hair and pick out the white ones. But the elder Wife saw her husband growing grey with great pleasure, for she did not like to be mistaken for his mother. So every morning she used to arrange his hair and pick out as many of the black ones as she could. The consequence was the Man soon found himself entirely bald.
Yield to all and you will soon have nothing to yield

No it's Scary for the first few days cause you are adjusting to new thing like classrooms, Teachers, Principal, and Rules. But after the first 3 days you'll have it down pack.
Try to make some older friend because they could help you not in just middle school but when you get into HIgh School too.

At first middle school is super scary. Lockers, finding classes, and *flinch* 8th graders. After you get used to the lockers and manage to be able to find all your classes, which only takes a few days, you'll feel much more comfortable. Unfortunately walking past the super tall, and scary looking 8th graders will take some getting used to, but one day you'll just realize that it doesn't really bother you much. Oh, and don't be afraid to make friends with the older kids, yes that includes the 8th graders. They can be really nice, and it will make it easier to see the scary ones.

I'm as scared as you! I am just starting my first job as a teacher in a middle school. I think we will both be fine because we are confident and brave. Right?

Na! It is fun because you get to meet lots of new friends. Just be sure to give yourself lots of time to get to your next class and do not be afraid to ask a teacher if you do not know where your next class is.
