Study hard, play nice, and keep out of drugs and alcohol. Find friends you can trust and who you really like, no matter what their "social standing." Don't let anyone get you down, and don't drop out. Participate in clubs or volunteer somewhere. Be careful on dates (abstain if possible - life's too long to have a baby too soon) and practice good safety rules in the school parking lot or on the bus route. If you work, keep the hours down so you can still get good grades. If a class seems hard, ask for help the minute you think you need it - don't wait until it's too late. Ask relevant questions in class and make sure you do your homework on time. Tests are easier if you study two nights for them rather than cram the night before. Trust your parents, siblings, or aunts-uncles-cousins for advice when friends won't do. Life might be confusing at times but it's definitely survivable, and high school can be one of the greatest times of your life. Have fun, and good luck this fall!

High School........oh yes, this is the best years of your life, but you won't know that for a long time. The best advice is to be careful of the friends you hang with and really make a effort to study hard. Making good grades always makes you feel good about yourself. Don't understand something go find someone to help you understand. Always know that you are one of a kind and you are special and hold your head high and have fun.

Try not to be too nervous. And just make sure you do all your work cuz you don't wanna stay in high school forever. Be really organized cuz there's a lot of classes and books and stuff. But high school will be fun, and all of the other kids going into high school are going to feel the same as you, so don't worry.
Just have fun and pass!!!!

Don't fall for any lines the senior guys tell you. Most of the time they are just looking to get something, if you know what I mean? Remember the movie from Lifetime TV? She's too Young? It was exactly like that when I went to school. Just be yourself and do not compromise, because at the beginning of the next year the guys will go for the next batch of new girls.

go to learn...not to be Miss Popular or have the time of your life. Study hard because the colleges will be looking at your records. Don't follow what everyone else does..they are usually wrong.

Make good friends, do your homework, be organized, and have fun! Try getting involved in different activities, clubs, and sports but know your limits, ask for help when you need it.

Have fun, learn all you can, pay attention in class, let your teachers know you appreciate them, get ready for college, and DON'T let peer pressure force you into any dumb decisions like drugs and alcohol! Blessings to you!

Don't let it bother you. Just remeber, everyone is just as confused and akward as you are. Even though some people seem like they have it all together, they are still just kids trying to figure out who they are.
