Screen adjustment help, widescreen not so wide anymore?

I was playing a game and my laptop which is widescreen became poportioned. I'd appreciate some help

You may need to fix your Resolution. To do this go to:

"Right click on your desktop" > Select Properties > Go to "Configuration" Tab > And Select the proper Resolution.

Proper resolution for Widescreen laptops would be:
For a 15.4" widescreen = 1280 x 800
For a 17" widescreen = 1440 x 900
For a 14.1" widescreen = 1024 x 768
