This makes me crazy when people tell a retard that hes so special. WHATS SO SPECIAL? He/she is retarded, speaks weird, doesnt know how to use the bathroom alone, picks their nose in public, and makes weird retard sounds and imbarasses their family in public. Why not just be honest and tell a retard how bad his or her life is? Isnt telling retards they are special when we know they are not LYING TO THEM?

I know im not perfect. I was born with autism. But I accept the fact that normal people are special and I am not. That is just a fact of life. I dont mind peopkle calling me retarded BECAUSE I AM!

I'm pretty certain that you and Cornfunkel are the same person and that neither of you are actually developmentally disabled or have autism...you just lack character and compassion.

People with developmental disabilities, or any disability for that matter, do not necessarily have "bad" lives. As the mother of a son with Down syndrome, and as someone who knows many children with a range of disabilities, I can honestly say that they all seem quite happy and content. Mind you, as with an other human being, they have their moods, tempers, their feelings can be hurt, they experience joy, sorrow, love, grief, etc.

You think you are funny by asking these rude and heartless questions....as well as giving equally rude and heartless answers. But you aren't. You lack any semblance of humanity and compassion. I would imagine that you have never really taken the time, or had the privilege to get to know someone with a genuine developmental disability, because if you had, you would see that they are more "normal" than not, and they have an incredible spirit and tremendous courage and determination to succeed, despite the people like you who offer them no encouragement or support.

It might be wise for you to see a professional to find out why you have this obsessive hateful attitude toward people with disabilities. It would be nice for everyone if you channeled all that energy into something worthwhile and with a purpose that people can respect.

People should not call you retarded, nor should they say you are "special." They should say you have a "disability."

By the way, "autism" does not excuse a person from poor behavior or poor treatment of animals or people, or attack of a religious belief or figure. It's like someone saying that b/c they were abused as a child, that is why they became a criminal. Um, no. That excuse doesn't wash.

I am referring to earlier posts where you said you shaved and starved your cat and made comments about Christian beliefs.

You are honest to a fault. But i like your honesty. Retarded people are unlucky people but their family members and all politically correct people want to say they are special. Yes they are special in an undesirable way. Who wants to be special but retarded. They are special in that they need to be cared for even in their adulthood and their parents worry how they are going to care for themselves once they (the parents) are gone. They are society's "special" problem. Granted some of them improve alot from their retardation.

for someone with autism you sure seem focused on a subject you have asked about with perfect spelling and fairly correct grammer and enunciation. Huh? Cursed is the person who decides to judge others as someday GOD will stand in judgment of you

I had a sister with Down's syndrome. There are downfalls, but they have the sweetest demeanor about them. I loved her for the 2 and a half years she was on earth. She was special, and so are all other people with mental disabilities.

I pray you never have children and if you do you better pray that they are not afflicted. You should be ashamed of yourself. Do you even think before you speak. Perhaps you are special.
