Like if you have a Music dvd and u want the songs from it to put on a CD since your car can't play dvd.

download "DVD audio extractor" in http://www.castudio.org/dvdaudioextractor/ great software... it has a lot of format options including mp3, wma, etc...
the catch is that it can be a long wait to convert and after 30 days you need to pay to use it

Copy them to a cd or dvd VIA nero using CD/DVD writer.

there r many free software on the net. go to the google and write "dvd riping software" nad u see there are lot of softwares. Try anyone.Thats cool.
