don't give them any personal information...they are trying to scam you
why would a lottery need you to pay them money before you can get the money??? it wouldn't...this is a scam...you insert that money into the acct, they have the info for the acct, they take the money and you never hear from them again.

Not trying to let you down, but these are scams looking for your identity. The lottery is for their winnings of your money and sensitive information.
No lottery should ever require you to pay any money or give any of your sensitive information. I believe the government has regulations against foreign lotteries in the US.

It's a scam. There are no international lotteries and lotteries don't require you to pay up front, only taxes afterwards. If you gave them any personal information, close out your bank account and reopen another one. (You can use the same bank.)

It's a scam, they are going to take your money and run.
Call your local police and alert them to this scam, it's illegal and immoral, and hopefully your local PD has a cyber crime devision, if they do, you wan't them.
There are no lotteries on the internet that are real (or legal).

that not true that is false.. i have recived that many times in my emails ... and i give all my full information about myself but in the end there is no such thing like that. just delete them if you still recieved that one.
