For coconut juice, you would need a fresh coconut...
When you buy it make sure you hear the liquid inside (it should "slush" around).
You should find it at any good fruit and vegetable section in your local supermarkets.
If you don't find it fresh, you have the alternative of canned Coconut milk.
This can be found nowadays in most supermarkets, or asian specialty food stores...As it is used in indian, indonesian and other oriental recipes.

most groceries will have both coconut milk and coconut water.
