You should see a doctor right away. Blood clots and tumors often bring excruciating instant pain. It may only be a simple thing like a reaction to a medication you are taking, or a bruise you forgot about but have it checked! Never take a chance with your brain.

Are you still reading? Call the doctor!

Its unlikely an aneurysm. Because if it has been a month you would be dead with an aneurysm. However, you describe an inflammatory process going on in your inner ear which is consistent with the diziness and clumsiness. However noise sensitivity sounds more like a nerve problem. This cannot be diagnosed over the internet. You should see neurologist as a regular family practitioner may not be able to do much for you either. If it where just the pain and diziness, a regular doc would give you anti-biotics as that is commonly a sign of a inner ear infection. But you also describe auditory hypersensitivity. Its possible you have an infection that produces ototoxic effects but that is relatively unlikely. The other possibility is it is ototoxicity due to a drug related problem. Without a list of your medications I cannot make any suggestions.

Maybe it is like migraines. Or it could be worse, like a brain tumor, I would see a doctor about that. Or maybe its from all the heat, try drinking a lot of water and see if it improves, if not go to visit your doctor

Well, besides stating the obvious of taking the spoon out of your coffee cup, what you describe sounds like migrane headaches.

Welcome to the rest of the world.

You know if it persists you don't want to do a Stu Sutcliff.

It can be something as serious as an anyerism, or as simple as a toothache. I would go to the doctor's and see what's going on.
