He dosent do anything wrong that i could police but he just stalks me for an hour and then leaves

confront him and if he dont stop tell him your geting a restraining order and call the police

Confront him about it and tell him to knock it off. Let him know you will report him to the police if necessary. If you think he might harm you, you should be able to get a restraining order against him.

girl watch your back this could only be the beginning. you really don't know how much he stalks you. You need to tell your friends tell your parents you never know how crazy he can get.

just ignore him an hour a day, hopfuly it's the hour he's stalking you. you wont even notice it then, problem solved.
