if not download.com, you can download Windows Media Player 10 or 11 (beta) from the microsoft website. These are free, legal, and work pretty well.

A good one is called "Video Lan", or "VLC". It can be downloaded for various operating systems, including Windows, at the below link. It's free, too.

i think wmp (windows media player) supports some files as well. but ders VCL media player, search for it on the internet, for example type VCL media player in google.com
