In a glass place 1/3 teaspoon brown sugar. Next add 1 ounce of Irish whiskey (not liqueur). Add coffee until about 1/2 inch is remaining to the top of the glass. Top off the drink with freshly whipped heavy cream which has been presweetened with table sugar.

This question is under non-alcoholic drinks and the only Irish coffee I've had had liquor in it and I thought it was so gross and I like liquor and coffee but not together. You could just add some mint flavoring to regular coffee to make it Irish but non-alcoholic. Good luck!

I don't know if I'm allowed to post a whole list of instructions from my source, but here's a link from a recipe website on how to make Irish coffee.
