I'm convinced that God is Mother AND Father. What do you think?

Atheists dont believe in God, so consider your point made.

I do not believe in the duality of God, ie: God our Father and Mother.
Our 'Father'.. who art in heaven.. etc.

I am so sorry that you are convinced otherwise, truly.

if God is mother and father, who are their parents?if they are a couple they should be came from two couples, shouldn't they?
if there are more than one God,mother and father and son and they all sharing the control of this universe, then the universe will be absolutely a big mess!because they will struggle each other about ruling and controlling the universe!

use your mind my friend, think deeply, and ask your self:who created you?a lot of Gods? or just one God who has no partner, nothing is like Him, He is the Creator, not created,He is First, Last, and Everlasting; He was when nothing was, and will be when nothing else remains. He is the All-Knowing, and All-Merciful,the Supreme, the Sovereign,It is only He Who is capable of granting life to anything. This God is the God who deserves and must be worshiped!

God the Father is a personage of flesh and bone. We also do have a heavenly Mother. God the Father will not give anything to us about Her because He doesn't want Her name slandered as his is done. We were all born into the spirit world by them. Including Jesus who was the first born and Lucifer who was the best looking.

I believe that God is both male and female. That is why Pagan separate God into a God and Goddess. It's not because we believe in two separate entities, but because it is easier for use to relate to God on a more personal level by making this delineation.

Also, considering that we are made in the image of God and I have breasts and various other feminine parts, I would venture to guess that God is both!

We've all been taught how to act and think by our parents as we grew older. Now that we're old enough to think for ourselves we make our own way.

Saying that, I think Father is merely a fabrication of the religious supposed right wing of society. And 'Father' was merely a construct of history when males were more labelled as the superior gender.

The term used for God in the Hebrew Scriptures is Eloheem. The term means Deity in the wholeness of the expression. The word encompasses both the male and the female. It can also indicate plurality of Deity. So, there is some evidence that your feeling, perspective, has some validity.

Well the Bible never alludes to God as a mother. He's portrayed as a "Good Father", when in all reality he is genderless. Although in the greek the word for spirit (Holy) "pneuma" is genderless, he is always modified with a male pronoun. All things considered the Bible does teach God is genderless.

God is our Father because he created us. He isn't our mother because he isn't a female.
