God the Father is His father. God sent the Angel to tell Mary that she was chosen to bear the Savior. The Holy Spirit came upon Mary just like it does a new believer and through the power of the Holy Spirit she "believed" God's message and became pregnant by His word.
Thats what the Bible says.

Jesus, the 2nd person of the Holy Trinity is himself God, and is the only begotten son of God the Father.
God the Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father and the Son.
Based on the above, the divine man Jesus was conceived in Mary's womb by the POWER of the Holy Spirit, who acted on behalf of all three persons of the Holy Trinity.
So, in a way, Jesus conceived himself!

Many Christians i know tell me that they dont understand the Trinity (god, jesus and holy spirit being one) concept- as one pointed out; how can god be his own son?
Jesus PBUH was a great great man, mashallah, a Prophet sent from God to proclaim the truth; worship One God alone and associate no partners with Him.
The Questioner is asking this question in relation to Christians and what the Bible says....

Jesus is the Son of God the Father... The Holy Spirit was acting on behalf of the father...there was no physical action to impregnate Mary.... the Word of God alone did this...
