what do you think is a lot?

how many times a day do you have sex , how much is to much if there is such a thing and
i do'nt mean like 7 mins its like 30 to 40 mins

As long as you have time in your schedule. stay hydrated, and it's not physically painful, have at it as much as you want. Too much is when someone isn't into it or you're neglecting other responsibilities.
