if seeing someone you're interested in...
and you know that person goes to the same place at the same time once every week
does it count as stalking if you go there at that time too every week hoping to see the person and look for a chance to talk with that person?

You thought something is wrong with that, that's why you're seeking other opinions. And you know what? You are right - it's stalking.

Good question. If you get away with it and you land the girl then, no. If you're caught up then it may appear to be stalking. Women do this but they never get caught because they're too slick. As long as your intentions are good then I would say no. Act fast because the longer you wait the more you will look like a creep.

No it's not unless you have a bad intention like Raping, kidnapping, murdering, luring or robbing that person etc, However, if the person you are following doesn't know you and is really intimidated by your very action even when you are not trying to harm her, may also be misconstrued as stalking technically. So you gotta be careful and watch your step.

Not really, lots of people do that but you better get the nerve up to talk to her soon or she WILL think a weirdo is checking her out. She may start going there on a different day to avoid you.

Well, is it a public place, like the mall, or private, like their sister's house? If public, it's ok, but make sure you actually do talk to them and don't just end up staring at them all creepy like.
