And the chemicals it has in it to make it work, why cant they produce a vacine or oral medication that can tap into the other 90% of the mind that humans don't usually use? Or produce a list of suplaments that a person can take to improve his/her mental capacity...

First of all, the idea that humans only use 10% of their brain capacity is a myth. Every part of the brain has a specific job and it all works together. If it didn't work, it would die off and we'd all be walking around with 90% dead brains. (although, come to think of it, I do know some people like this...hmmmmm)

Secondly, there are some supplements that are supposed to help with the mind. Ginseng, for example, is supposed to help sharpen your mental facilities.

For people who have a chemical imabalance that causes a mood disorder, this is a medical issue, not a personality issue. That's why there are genuine medications for these problems.

As far as a vaccine goes, I think that is a very interesting idea. Unfortunately, the brain is a very sensitive and tricky area and it is impossible to predict if and/or when someone will have problems. If you administer a vaccine to someone in the hopes of preventing mental ilness or some other brain disorder, you could end up damaging healthy areas of the brain.

I think it is something that would be highly beneficial if medical science could find a way to make it work!

good question!

Naltrexone, has been to be had to ex-opiate addicts for decades. If an addict must use an opiate at the same time taking those they would possibly not get any final result, naltrexone blocks the receptors within the mind in which the opiate could take final result. All the time the sufferer maintains taking it there is no factor in looking to get any opiate buzz.. If the sufferer craves the discharge they as soon as bought from opiates they might give up taking the naltrexone and return to their historical approaches. It's nonetheless a option they must make however naltrexone can aid. I did not realize that alcoholics might advantage from it as good. Naltrexone is yet another software, now not a healing all.

Nutritients are better than any medication out there as far as helping your brain develop. They should look into that though, its a good idea. Why waste time on diseases when you can find something to help the healthy people?

Have you heard of the blood brain barrier? It stops things from going into the brain.
