If we assume the bible to be true (which it isn't), those who judge others will find themselves in hell.

They are "blaspheming the Holy Spirit" when they pretend to be God or the "judge."

The bible very clearly states that God does not view people who pretend to be Him in a very favorable light.

But, I wouldn't expect a bible thumper to actually follow the bible, he is too busy pretending to be God.

First off, you're wrong, and secondly, I don't really care and am not gonna try to convince you of anything. Christians were told the spread the word, but I think every country in the world has heard it now, so that job's over.

Lastly, anyone who tells another person they're going to heaven or hell must think they're Jesus, which I pretty much think is blasphemy, because the bible tells us quite specifically that Jesus will be the judge, not any of us. He can see into our hearts and none of us can do that, so they need to read their bibles so they'll realize they're not anyones judge.

Outside of the religious sense the bible could be telling us how to have a good life vs a bad life. We create our own heaven or hell here on earth. So a person telling you your going to hell possibly sees you doing something immoral knowing you'll suffer for it in time. As you get older the things you think are cool can create suffering later in life.

no offense taken here. it's just that you do not understand, that when people are telling you that you are going to heaven or hell, it's not THEIR words that is telling you this... most are pasting the very words from the Bible. so it is not the Christians that you are mad at, it's God's word. his word doesn't have Grey area's or wishy- washy to make someone feel better about what they are doing, it tells you exactly what God will NOT tolerate.
if you do not want to know the answer, don't ask the question.
that's how it works here.

No one tries to psuh their opinions upon anyone as far as I can tell. The only pushy ones are christians, and most everyone by now ignores them. You dont see a Buddhist out there passing out papers, or ringing bells, or putting on bumber stickers, well, the christians do that because they aren't sure what they should believe, since science and christianity really don't mix...... and most of us believe in science

Would you want us to lie? If you believe in something, but you act like you believe something else...that wouldn't be right.
