Wow, I know the feeling. Life really can suck sometimes.

When this sort of thing happens to me, sometimes I need to stop and take stock of what I want and make sure my goals haven't changed. If they haven't, then I try to keep going in the same direction.

Try not to believe that this is all a matter of luck. When something bad happens, look for the lesson or opportunity in it. I am a firm believer in "Everything Happens for a Reason". Sometimes its hard to see that reason, but I always try to look. It makes the hard things easier to take.

I was on academic probation a year ago. I failed 3 out of 4 classes in one semester. It was a pain, but I fought back, retook the classes and I now have a 3.5.

We all need a good sulk now and then when things get crappy, just don't let it KEEP you down. Get right back up and keep moving.

Have faith in yourself, you are worth it and you can do it!!

It seems to me that you havent found what you are looking for in life. What do you enjoy that make you happy and excited. I was going to college and working some lame job and was miserable, finally when I found out why, and I changed my whole life did. I love working with special needs children, I also love to travel and have fun. I became a nanny for a wonderful little girl who was blessed by down syndrome. A lot of people would find that as a curse, but to me it is a blessing, she has so much strength and doesnt allow anyone to put boundaries on her. Her therapist say she is very advance for her age! She is 2 years old and can read about 20 words and walks, talks in english, a few spainish, and about 60 american sign language words! She is help me realize a lot about life. There are so many people in this world that think they have to have everything that they go to school to become something that makes a lot of money, then they get out of school and have a ton of debit and is stuck working something that they are constantly day dreaming about what they would like to do..
So, Take a few days off, if you can and think about what excites you, makes you happy, and go with it. You will live a better quality life.

It sounds to me like you may simply have been traveling down a path that is not well suited to you. Did you make these choices or were they made for you? Perhaps you can choose a new path that is really what you want to do and start finding more success. It's really not about luck.
