Well... this is from the song "Forca" by Nelly Furtado... could anyone tell me what it means?? Thanks!

mais perto do ceu, mais perto do ceu

Com uma forca, com uma forca
Com uma forca que ninguem pode parar
Com uma forca, com uma forca
Com uma fome que ninguem pode matar

Thanks!!

I don't speak Portuguese but I do speak Spanish and I can kind of make out that it says:

closer to you, closer to you

like a force, like a force
like a force that no one can stop
like a force, like a force
like a force that no one can kill

hope that helps :)

This auto translation below doesn't look too good, I know the first bit say 'but something for certain "
So for what it's worth:
more close to it ceu it, more close to ceu it With a gallows, a gallows With a gallows that they ninguem can stop With a gallows, with a gallows With a hunger that ninguem it can kill

Considering that purtugese isn't a language, no. Go to Y!A Spain and asking them. They're the closest to PORTUGAL, which is what I assume you meant.

You could not spell the language right, so how do we know that the lyrics you mentioned are correct?
